It’s obvious, but Johnny and Gaz fall into this much easier. Soap is a fellow Omega, so he gets the urge you’re having. Gaz is a beta, and while his instincts are a bit different, he’s completely fine with being cared for this way. Soap likes it best when you play with his hair. He might not let you shave him, he insists that it’s an art that is incredibly difficult to master Gaz is rolling his eyes the entire time. But Johnny wants you to oil his hair, play with the strands, deep condition them. Soap is the first to complain about the size of the showers cause how is he supposed to be lovingly scrubbed by your hands if the bathrooms are the size of a tiny closet? Even if he complains, it doesn’t stop him from wanting to bathe with you. Especially early in the morning when you’re both a little drowsy and the water is still hot, he can lock his arms around you and lay his face in your neck, pressing lazy kisses to your gland. It makes your scent fill the steamy room, like a sauna specifically made for him.

Gaz is in a similar boat. Grease his scalp, help detangle his hair. He likes that you keep products specifically for his hair type. He ultimately prefers lying with his head in your lap, or with you straddling his thighs, gently working lotion into his face with the tips of your fingers. He likes doing face masks with you, as long as they aren’t the pulling kind. Enjoys you gently spreading the paste over his cheeks, and you always peck his lips afterwards. However long the masks take, he simply sits with you. He likes that afterwards you’ll use a warm cloth to gently wipe it all away until his skin is clean. Kyle doesn’t really feel the need to steal your time or attention, but he willingly admits that he would bite someone if they tried to interrupt this time with you. Kyle is constantly moving, so it’s more than nice to have his pretty omega fretting over him and ensuring his comfort. When you both are finished, you’ll rub your face against his and purr so sweetly and he would do anything to get to have this all the time.

John takes a bit more convincing. He’s a busy man, and while he gets what you’re trying to do, he has trouble wiggling the time in for extensive spa treatments. At first it’s simply being around while he gets ready. Sitting on the toilet lid while he goes through his routine, or sprawled in his bed while he gets dressed. Eventually, you can start to help once you notice the rhythm, buttoning up his shirts, helping tuck them in. Pulling him around by his belt to steal kisses while you fix his collar. Though John’s absolute favorite is when he sits you on the sink and you help him trim his beard. Your hands are firm and gentle, moving in steady motions, pulling the skin taught before swiping the razor. It’s quiet and almost reverent. And when you’re done, aftershave applied and items cleaned and put away, you’ll just press against his jaw and neck. Maybe he can spare a few minutes.

Simon is probably the hardest one to bond with in this way. It’s not that he doesn’t want to, but some days are harder than others to have so much direct attention layered on him from his pack. It starts small. Simply ensuring his gear is in place, gently pulling his mask to cover his skin, maybe scenting an item of his clothing so he can have you with him all day. Peeling his gloves off to rub lotion into his hands when you both are sitting together, massaging the muscle until it twitches and relaxes. Sliding your hand under his mask to play with the hair at the nape of his neck. They seem like smaller gestures, but it’s in the way Ghost will lean into you and allow you to continue. How he searches you out when he’s had a long day. Eventually he’ll end up splayed across your body, and he swears he’s not asleep, but you’d beg to differ with his air horn snoring.

Another extension for Omega!Soap introducing Omega!Reader to his pack!

So, Soap knew he was making a big step here. He’s asking you to come meet his pack, who has a reputation for being intense. But more than that, he’s asking you, an unmated Omega, to come meet his two alphas and beta, to potentially consider joining the pack. It’s a big ask, he’s not ignorant to that. And he has very little concern about you. His three packmates on the other hand…

Johnny loves his pack and he is not embarassed of them. Let that be said. However, he is aware that his pack is labeled as intense for a reason. And he will be DAMNED if they manage to scare you off in a singular night.

Gaz is probably the easiest to address. Kyle can be heavy on the flirting, maybe a little forward. Johnny is insistent that the goal is not to fuck you on the first date. Kyle scoffs like he’s personally insulted that Soap thought he could be anything but a gentleman, but he agrees to the bullshit terms.

John is next. John grew up in a very traditional household and sometimes he’ll say or do something that is meant to be harmless but can come off as controlling. Johnny may not mind it all the time, and when he does he will make it known. But you are not Johnny nor are you John’s omega yet. So Soap is insistent that this is a neutral meeting. John does his best not to roll his eyes, but he finds it kind of charming how much Soap wants you to like them all. So he agrees to calm Soap’s frantic energy.

Simon is probably the worst. A big, fuck off alpha with no care for social conventions. And Johnny knows he’s going to have an issue when Simon tried to pocket the scented-scarf you gave them and stiff-armed Gaz to keep the beta from getting it. Johnny is so insistent that Simon cannot loom over you and scare you off. Simon cannot just randomly scent you, or ask any sort of questions about where you would preferred to be marked. Simon does not care, he has no plans to be deterred. He’s decided already that you’re pack. If you belong to Johnny then you belong to him, which means you belong to them all. He’ll go about how he needs to make it happen.

Johnny goes through all the trouble of preparing his pack. Gives them interesting tidbits about you; your job, your hobbies, any pets you have, fun trips you been on, what you may have went to school for. Things that they can bring up to get to know you better. And he prepared you similarly, safe topics to venture and things to avoid.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t really matter. Cause Simon breaks protocol immediately by standing directly over you and sniffing your hair through his mask, grumbles something halfway indecent about wanting to eat you. And that is a great Segway into the rest of the pack seeing what they can get away with.

Okay, so I’m imagining Omega!Soap in pack!141. He loves his pack, he trust them with his life. They treat him well and respect him. That, however, does not change the fact that being the only omega can be frustrating. Having two alphas, John and Simon, in a relatively small pack isn’t easy, especially considering the daily stress that is their jobs. And while Johnny appreciates Gaz for all he does as their pack beta, Kyle doesn’t always understand what Johnny feels. Soap often feels like the anchor, steadying their bonds when they grow thin.

So when you, another omega, become a recurring face around his pack, he’s quick to latch on. He doesn’t even necessarily think he’s trying to court you. It’s just nice to have someone else like him around, someone who gets it. He likes drawing out your instincts, asking you things that his pack simply doesn’t get, like nesting preferences and about that scent down the admin hallway that the others swear they don’t notice. So when you both inevitably have a growing bond, what else is Johnny supposed to do than bring you to his pack and show you off like a hunting prize?

Thinking about Omega!Soap and Omega!Reader being each other’s biggest defenders. They bond heavily simply because they both fill similar roles within their pack. A lot of the time, this simply translates to the fact that they are always found scenting and cuddling. They share nesting materials and often prefer to just make one big nest for them to occupy together. They’re both able to pick up on small signals of what the other may need. Which sets this really funny situation where they both will hold grudges against other people for no other reason besides omega-solidarity. However, it does have an unintended consequence.

Disagreements within the pack happen. It’s a natural part of having mates and living within a pack dynamic. But whenever big arguments happen, it’s easy to suddenly have two omegas who are clearly pissed off. It’s natural for you and Johnny to feed off of each other’s emotions, especially when the bonds are already frayed from the fight.

A lot of the time, this simply happens in an effort to protect one another, to provide comfort. It’s not an intentional act to other a member of the pack. However, it does help fast-track resolutions. You aren’t going to out-stubborn your omegas.

Reassurance

Summary: Poly!141 x Omega!Reader oneshot. Your first heat with your new pack is on the horizon and you are anxious. Fluff.

You’re the newest addition to Pack 141. You’re settling well into the new dynamics of their, your, pack. It’s a learning experience for each of you and for the most part, it’s a fun one. Finding new ways to fit into each other’s schedules and even more fun ways to annoy each other. They are yours just as much as you are theirs.

But being in a new pack brings many conversations and one of them is about your upcoming heat. It was bound to happen at some point, even if you were on suppressants it doesn’t negate the heat entirely.

It’s a nervewracking situation, and to try and make it easy you spit it out over a late dinner, the TV on as background noise.

“I don’t want you to fuck me during my heat.”

After Soap nearly shoots beer out of his nose, there’s a brief moment of silence among the pack. It’s clear it’s making you anxious with the way you begin to fold into yourself, an unsteady whine building in the back of your throat. You want to bolt, to suck the words back in. Your scent becomes acrid, like chlorine.

Gaz is the best at this sort of thing and makes a small rumbling sound to settle you. His socked foot reaches out to rub your ankle.

“Alright.” It’s John who finally answers and his voice is easy and certain. No disappointment and no guilting. His words help the rest of the pack settle back in.

“Aye, nothing wrong with that. Si hides out in the shed for his ruts.” Johnny jerks a thumb at Simon who gives him an unimpressed look. Ghost shoots a pea at Johnny’s skull, the younger beta barking indignantly at his alpha.

The return to normalcy helps you settle. You lean back into the couch instead looking as if you were going to bolt. You take a sip of your drink, clearing your throat as your scent eases.

“I’m not opposed to it happening in the future, this is just… new. I want a chance to get used to you guys when I feel that way.”

“Then what do you want us to do for your heat?” Gaz finally asks as he puts his empty plate on the coffee table. He leans back and nuzzles his nose into your shoulder. There’s no expectation in his question, simply trying to understand where you’re at.

You find yourself blanking for a moment. You hadn’t really thought of what you did want, only what you absolutely didn’t want to happen.

“Well… normally I’m mostly sleepy. I’d like you to stay with me in my nest- if that’s what you want.” You quickly try to give them an out. You had been with mates and partners who weren’t interested in the idea of babysitting you during your heats. If they weren’t getting their knots wet then they weren’t sticking around.

But Gaz purrs at the idea, pushes his face beneath your chin. It makes you giggle as you fight to keep him from spilling your drink.

“We can do that. We can get a rotation going, so someone’s always with you.” John pipes up from his armchair, always the planner.

“What type of foods do you want? Probably those snacky things you like, right? Something easy when you wake up!” Johnny is already opening his phone to start making a grocery list. Simon leans over and offers ideas of things to prepare.

“We’ll need to get some more bedding.” Simon adds and Johnny is already nodding, his fingers running swiftly across the keyboard.

“Oh, I don’t know if I need more-“ You quiet down with the look Simon gives you.

“You need more.” He says simply and he won’t be told otherwise. “Add a heating pad, a big one.” Ghost commands and Johnny begins to ramble about one he saw in the store the other day that would be perfect.

John collects yours and Kyle’s dish as he gets up. But before he makes his exit to the kitchen he leans down to kiss the top of your head. You feel him nuzzle his nose and beard against your scalp.

“We got you pup, whatever you need.” He assured you before he goes to drop the dishes into the sink. It’s not his night for dish duty after all.

Kyle is still laying on you, your legs tangled up. He asks questions about what you want to happen. Johnny takes any comment and adds it straight to his notes. And Simon doesn’t allow you to bullshit them. If he determines you need it you will have it.

It settles the anxious pup in your chest. Like John said.

This is an extension of Omega!Reader and Omega!Johnny going through their pre-heats. They live in a house, don’t ask why. Packs get housing or something, idk. ROLL THE CLIP.

John was an old war dog, he knew that. He’d given this much of his life to the fight, and he couldn’t imagine a future where that changed. All of that said, if he ever did leave the service, he hoped it looked something like this moment.

John sat in that plush armchair of his, a gift from his pack when they first moved in. He had an IPad on his lap, the text was bigger which meant he didn’t need to wear his glasses. And Gaz was in the kitchen, his chosen playlist for the evening diffusing through the air. His voice singing out lines between the sounds of scraping pots. Kyle was the best of them at actually having a diet that consisted of more than cigarettes, alcohol, and whatever version of caffeine they could get. And with two Omegas on the verge of their heats, it was needed. Kyle, ever the planner, had taken it upon himself to ensure that the omegas were getting their fill of healthy meals. Johnny would snap up just about anything. It was the other omega that caused issue.

Their newest packmate had become increasingly picky over the past few days, ignoring foods that didn’t pique their interest, often going without if what they wanted wasn’t available. It drove Kyle crazy, the beta unable to focus when he knew one of his own wasn’t being taken care of. So he had taken over ensuring there were always options. It was good for him, gave him something that wasn’t work to focus on, and Kyle always puffed himself up when his omega eagerly ate whatever he put in front of them.

The narration of the TV drew John’s attention away from the archway that led to the kitchen. Instead, landing on the form curled up on the couch. You had stumbled down here not too long ago, flicked the TV to some documentary before coiling up like a spoiled pet in the corner of the loveseat, cocooned in the thick blankets that had been left there. You had mumbled all of three words before allowing yourself to doze off, comfortable and drowsy in the early evening. He had only checked to make sure you didn’t need anything before going back to his own devices. The TV little more than background noise, similar to Kyle’s singing and your little snores.

Peace, if he was ever allowed to describe it, looked like this moment. Of course, it never lasted long.

John heard the familiar truck rumbling to a stop. The sound of laughter and baritone responses. Gravel kicking up and then the jingling of keys in the door. You hardly moved before the door cracked open and the two voices spilled in.

Despite the fact that John knew that both Soap and Ghost had showered before returning, their scents were still pungent and filled the air. Ghost was in his usual ensemble, black sweatpants and a black hoodie, his plain balaclava hiding his face. Johnny had opted for shorts and one of those torn up muscle-tees he preferred.

Johnny’s eyes practically lit up when he saw you laid out across the couch. His shoes were hardly off and his bag hadn’t even hit the entryway floor before he was zipping across the room. He dropped himself onto you, using the blanket as a net to trap your limbs. Your squawk of surprise was swallowed by Johnny’s laughter as he continued to be a nuisance.

“Fuckin- Johnny! Get off!” You shouted, having to fight against the blanket and the massive SAS operator above you. “You fucking stink!” You loudly complained, finally getting an arm free and planting your palm against his face to try and shove him off.

“I can’t greet my lovely omega-“ he chokes as your hand catches his throat, causing him to peel back just enough to get your other arm free, allowing you to properly try and wrestle him off.

“I thought you took him to the gym to handle this.” John calls after Simon who was walking past the fighting omegas. “Got excited in the car.” Simon replies dryly as he heads to the kitchen to refill his water bottle.

John turns his head just in time to watch the two omegas crash off the couch and into the floor, the TV trembling with the force.

“I’m gonna sell you to the fucking Russians, Mactavish!”

“They won’t take ‘im.” Simon chuckles to himself as he re-enters only to begin climbing up the stairs.

“Dinners in ten!” Kyle calls from the archway, and Johnny’s head lifts like a dog being called. It’s enough for you to kick and scramble free, launching yourself up to hide behind John’s armchair. Though when Johnny pursues, you screech and take off running once more. John almost wants to tell you that running will simply make it worst. Though instead he sighs and settles back into his chair.

He can’t help but rub his eyes as he hears Gaz’s annoyed shouts, Johnny’s victorious laughter, your hissing, no doubt because you have been caught. Though there’s no distressed scent in the air. He’d give it another few minutes before he broke it up.

While he was always glad for peace, he’d take his pack however they could get them. Even when they got on his nerves.

Beta!Gaz is so much fun to me. Whenever heat or rut cycles through the pack, Gaz is typically the one covering logistics. Cycles are normal, though carefully scheduled for. And even though John or Simon were technically on leave, that didn’t mean work wasn’t dropped on their desks or clogging up their emails. So Kyle kept their work organized so that when they came back it would be easier to grind through it. Ensures that dirty laundry doesn’t pile up. He wants this to be as smooth as possible, soothing the problem-solver in him.

He knows what foods his mates prefer when their cycles hit. Knows that Johnny wants the spark of sour candy as a s treat between knottings. That Simon will eat just about anything as long as it’s hand-fed to him. That John likes those stupid applesauce pouches.

And while he does feel the pull to join at times, it’s just as normal as hearing them through the walls and shut doors. The sounds can become an odd background noise as he moves through his day. Peeking his head in on occasion to ensure that whoever on the other side of the door caught his calming scent, helping ease the intense lust when Kyle projected it a specific way.

He doesn’t even get to ask if anyone’s broken before he’s being bullied into the nest and welcomed into the space with his mates. Being scented and praised with growling purrs and low chuffs. It’s one of his favorite parts of it all.
