Kiryuu meeting and talking with other people who have digimon outside of her family is a bit of a bitter thing for her. Finding out there has always been people around her age with digimon is one thing; finding out that most have entire groups for a support network leaves her a touch envious of it. It's not any of their faults, but the universe decided to put her in a limbo situation and even have her parents forced to be distant because of work.
Kiryuu's support system is the digimon in her family. Over half a decade of digital creatures recognizing she is working alone and too hard in responsibilities she did not ask for. They understand her the best. They stick up for her the most. They take care of her the most.
The universe wasn't kind enough to put her in the path of any other human with digimon. Not from lack of trying either. It decided to isolate her from it and in the moments she does find someone else and finds how easy it is to talk to them about her experiences, naturally she's angry about it. Kiryuu didn't need to be stuck in this type of loneliness, but the higher powers said otherwise.
