Choosing The Right Coder Camps For Your Needs
If you're interested in becoming a PC software engineer, but not yet certain how you can begin, then I suggest you take advantage of attending a computer science boot camp or a code school to help you learn how to write computer programming code. There are many types of coder camps accessible online such as Learn Coding Anywhere that claims they will teach how to write computer programming code in 12-weeks or less. But, before you choose to join a coder boot camp to learn how to become a PC software engineer, do some research first. Gather together a list of computer science boot camps that interest you, and read testimonials and reviews from people that actually attended coder boot camps and find out what they thought about the classes.
Free Online Computer Science Education Classes
To become familiar with how coder camps works, go online and search for free to join computer science boot camps. These types of coding camps enable you to learn how to write computer programming code without paying a large sum of money to schools that teach computer science classes. It a smart way to learn an in-demand trade, and you won’t feel too bad if you later decide you no longer want to become PC software engineer.
However, if you have a strong desire to learn programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and Github, then joining free coder camps can teach you the right skills that you will need to know.
Paid Computer Science Coder Camps
After you have learned how to write computer programming code, search for a school or university that offer computer science coder boot camps to help you master your PC software engineering skills. These types coder camps can help you get a good job in the tech industry as a junior developer and/or production manager. But, keep in mind schools that offer computer science coder camps can be very expensive.
So, choose one that works well within your educational budget. Most schools and universities offer loans and grants to help students pay for their school tuition, class fees, books, and housing.
Learn how you can save money on your educational expenses through the school or university you plan to attend. Also, don't forget to use the school or university's resources to help you find a job on or off campus to help pay for your living expenses.
Day 1
Initial thoughts are that from the point of view of a designer who has tried and failed to learn the fundamentals of front-end coding, this course seems to be what I’ve always wanted but had never found. Until now, of course. The videos (although I must admit I’ve only watched the first 4 of Week 1 so far) are manageable, insightful and move along at a decent pace. The icing on the cake is the editor, which unlike others I’ve previously used, has again been made with designers in mind. Side note, as promised by the guys at Superhi I received an email with tracking saying the book has been dispatched. Although I’ve no doubt you could make your way through the course with just the digital version, there’s something about having the physical copy alongside to turn to so looking forward to getting that through the post. Links/pics of progress coming soon. (Time spent so far on Week 1: 1hour 30mins)
