Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl and mix them together. Pick up a piece of aluminum foil and put each cod fillet on it. Add salt and pepper to the cod fillets. Cover the fillets with the garlic and olive oil mixture. Add lemon slices to the top of each fillet. Put a tight circle of aluminum foil around the fillets. Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish is fully cooked and flaky. Carefully open the foil packages and put the cod fillets on a platter to serve.
