today is my 33rd birthday, (roughly) the same age as Jesus was crucified. it's crazy to think how young He was.. i haven't accomplished any grand achievements in my life, and yet, in just 3 years, He changed the world for all time. no other human has ever done that. because He wasn't just a human, He is the Son of God; God made flesh to live the perfect life and sacrifice it for us.

i'm so blessed to reach age 33. He has been with me supporting and holding me up the whole time. i don't seek earthly achievements or put my hope in milestones. i look enthusiastically toward my Heavenly future where my life will truly begin. no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and my mind can't comprehend what the Lord has planned for me there (1 Corinthians 2:9).

time is about to reach its end. the world is in a downward spiral, and the Christ Jesus is the only stability to be found. He is coming for those that are His own, and He wants you to be one of them. i want you to be one of them. don't be left behind to suffer through a world of deception, destruction, and death; devoid of the Light of God. accept His loving hand of salvation now, before it's too late.

"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." -Romans 10:9

I feel like none of you are loving Cody Fry enough. My man is an absolute LEGEND, Becuase what do you mean his version of Eleanor Rigby is better than the original?? Also, have you even heard Underground?! Amazing, 12 out of 10, would recommend this song whenever you’re having trouble with writing an oc. I love this man. Words can’t fucking describe it.

*Sonic and Shadow floated for a while before they landed on the moon. Now they're sitting together on the lip of a crater, watching the Earth as it floats above them, the sleepy lights twinkling on its surface as the sun stays hidden behind it. Sonic keeps glancing over at Shadow, but he hasn't said anything yet. Shadow is too afraid to make eye contact. He busies himself with staring at the fur on his own arms, which is now a platinum gold*

...... Shads?

Yes. *He looks over. Shit, was that too eager? This whole thing... It feels.... Important. Too important*

*Sonic smiles* eheh.. c'mere. *He takes his hand, lifting him from the edge of the crater. He walks backwards with him until they're far enough from the crater to not worry about falling in. He pulls Shadow close, his other hand finding his waist*

*Shadow's heart skips a beat. He looks up at Sonic* ..what... What are you doing..?

Dancing~ *he starts moving forward, then to the side. Then back and to the other side. Shadow stumbles along at first, then follows his steps*

.. I... I haven't danced since Maria taught me.. back on the Ark...

*Sonic smiles, twirling him. He giggles at Shadow's bewildered expression* well she'd be proud. You're a good dancer.

*Shadow feels himself smile. Something in him agrees. For once, he agrees. She would love this. He moves back into Sonic's arms, following with more confidence, his eyes locked on Sonic's. They turn and twirl and dip each other as the golden glow from their fur lights the dusty ground around them, dancing to their own music*

..Shadow... I.. I couldn't read your letter.

*Shadow feels his gut drop. Why this? Why now? Wait....* What..?

It.. I can't read cursive.. eheh.. *he shrugs, looking embarrassed. Shadow stares at him as they dance*

... So... You have no idea what I wrote, then.

No, I.. had Amy read it to me. A few times, hah...

.....And...? *He watches as Sonic mulls over his response. Shadow can't tell whether or not he's even breathing. But he can't ignore his heart pounding in his chest*

*Sonic can't find the words. The things he wants to say, to express, to show Shadow how much he feels for him... How can he do that with just... Words? He lifts his gaze back to Shadow's. Shadow was already watching him. He holds the eye contact for a long moment*

*As the sunlight breaks over the edge of the earth, bathing the moon in warm, ethereal light, Sonic pulls Shadow closer. Their lips find each other. Finally. As if every moment of their lives had been spent waiting for this moment, this contact, this confirmation... They kiss*

*Shadow feels his walls crumble as Sonic's lips meet his. He closes his eyes, hugging Sonic's shoulders as Sonic's arms pull his waist closer, nearly dipping him backward as they get lost in the feeling. Shadow brings a hand back after a few long moments to touch Sonic's cheek, pulling away just enough to look into his eyes* ....what.. what..??

I love you, Shads..

...b..but....

No. I love you.

*Shadow feels himself tearing up and he shakes his head* ... I love you too.. B-But the letter..?

I uh.... Thought you might ask about that.. *he reaches into his quills and pulls out his letter to Shadow* thought maybe I should read this to you. The uh... Unabridged version.. eheh..

...I'd like that... *He leans up and kisses him again, gently swaying with him as they hold each other close*
