She had seen her from across the room after she came down from her room. The place was a shit hole, that much she knew. She had gone there because every other place in the city was full at the time-figures. She had come to get away, get away after everything that had happened in Collinsport. What a joke of a town, what a joke of a man Barnabas was. Well, he wasn’t really a man anymore was he? Knowing she had ruined that for him, that she had taken humanity from him, gave her what she could only describe as a warm feeling inside. She liked ruining lives, but it was time to ruin them somewhere else.
That was when she had seen her, the leggy blonde at the bar. She had turned her head to look only for a moment, having planned on coming downstairs to possibly go out and explore the city. But her plans changed when she saw her. She was sad, she could tell, but there was something raw and delicious underneath her sadness. Her energy was absolutely dripping with longing, and Angelique could feel it from the elevator. She had to have her.
She smirked to herself, her red painted lips turning up as she tossed her hair over her shoulder a bit, walking over to the bar. She was glad she had worn the outfit she did, a pants suit as she usually did but this one a bit tighter and sexier, her buttons undone a bit and her blazer open. She walked over to the bar, walking right for the blonde. She leaned on the bar with her elbow, looking down at the blonde who was still seated.
“You’re by far too pretty to be sitting alone at a bar,” she said, her tone smooth as silk, like it always was. “Can I buy you a drink?”
