You know the more often I rewatch the trailer the more obvious it becomes to me that they are trying so H A R D to make us believe that it is gonna be angsty. But if you watch it carefully there are a lot of scenes that so definetly prove us otherwise.

Ed and Stede running towards each other as they fight the British with wide grins on their faces but the editors cut it in a way that we see the two scenes 30 seconds apart in the hopes that we don’t catch it?
Ed looking evil and shooting a gun but he wears no makeup and if you pause at the right moment you can see that he is shooting at an unknown figure which is most likely gonna be Hornigold?

You can’t possibly fool me, David. These sluts may take a while, but considering that episode 1-3 will all drop on the first day I’d say that they start their making up process by episode 4.
