Taking a moment to appreciate how blessed I am to have all the resources I need to live a happy & healthy life. I grew up surrounded by a loving & supportive family who gave me an education, a home & the pathways to reach for my dreams. It’s during this time of year, during the season of giving, that I think it’s important to give back. Let’s recognise the blessings we have & take the time to acknowledge that this time of year can be challenging for many people on this planet. This year I was lucky enough to travel to Africa TWICE with my incredible @cottonon @cottononfoundation family. Both trips were inspiring, grounding, eye-opening & forever life-changing.
