The espresso scene in S2

I used to be a barista and, in fact, was still working at a coffee shop when GOS2 dropped last year so obviously I had to try the Crowley-Espresso-Surprise (six shots of espresso in a big cup, nothing else).

The most impressive thing isn't that he drank six shots of espresso (though obviously I would not recommend this) but that he did it so quickly.

Espresso is HOT when it's first pulled (almost 200 degrees F, though it will cool significantly once in the cup. But even still...that drink had to be at least 160!), and while Crowley (obviously attempting to impress Zira with his mad hot liquid skills) can handle boiling bean juice, my little tongue could not.

After a series of terrible events and a year of on again off again training (was only supposed to take 40 hours), I finally got my paperwork signed off by by the District Manager. Behold! I am now a fully AST certified Barista!!!! Nailed my first time leading the "ceremonial" coffee tasting too! I paired Willow with the Lemon pound cake 🍰ʕ•̀ω•́ʔ✧ Muahahahahahahahaaaah!!!!!!!!
