Coffee stain creatures to start off your morning☕🐰☀️ . Hi, long time no see! I have been gone from instagram for a while now, but I'm slowly trying to make my way back here. Bonus doodle! My first attempt at #coffeestainart I feel like this one would make a cook notebook cover. You know… for when I get back into bookbinding. Coffee love and treasures. I spilt my morning black coffee and it fell in a beautiful splash. I wondered about what I could create with this beautiful brown wash.A natural die really. So I began to play with splashes and shapes. I’ve been exploring tree connections and loving the energy and then I found a small blue traditional native American storyteller at an opp shop. I had a larger one at home and knew what she was. I took my treasure home and the layers of ideas began to form connections. The coffee became a tree and I seem to connect old trees with the wisdom of grandmother tree. This was the perfect space for my storyteller to sit. The images took shape. As the story evolved more children gathered.Trees are like that... people love to gather under there branches and share stories. Story telling, connections and art play... a recipe for a perfect day. I wonder what connections you would find and what stories would evolve with a simple cup@of coffee and the dreaming heart of a storyteller?
