From my Teammates, Alondra, Ralph and I, we are very happy with the successful execution of Pumpkie because we got not just the medal but also experience, knowledge, and friendship.
Thank you to our beloved and diligent Student Assistants, Jhumelyn and Joshua (Gatchi) for helping us in preparing fondants, cakes, gum paste and even reminding us of the mistakes we’ve done in our runs.
Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence.
The secret of this success is being faithful to God and thinking positive at all times. We just erased the negative vibes in our head and make every day a blessed one. Thank you, Ma’am Yorkah for helping, guiding and trusting us to represent our school, our alma mater in COHREP Skills Competition 2018 and for teaching us a lot of techniques.
Thank you, Sir Law and Sir Pao for accepting our unconditional Purchasing Requests. Thank you, Ma’am Lynn and Ma’am France for supporting us along the way and sorry for annoying you for asking ingredients every time that we have run. Thank you, Ma’am Jessica for allowing us to reserve space in laboratories. Thank you, Chef Joyce for giving us techniques, even you’re busy, coaching JB, you are always there when we fail to make pumpkie beautiful. Thank you to Chef Chris for giving us motivation the day before the competition, it helps us to be more confident about our skills.
