On our way to Italy this morning.
It feels so good to be here with the girls. I think it's a nice way to let go of the memories of what we were. To acknowledge the pain and the loss. Because yes, I still miss you sometimes. When night comes and I close my eyes I think about your arms and your skin and how I would feel so safe with our bodies intertwined.
I've been denying it and keeping my heart and mind busy thinking about B, but I think I need to grieve a little longer. What a better place to release all those memories than a crag by the sea ?
