Cinnamon Buns with Cold-Brew Glaze

Innovate the traditional cinnamon bun with a glaze made of cold-brew concentrate and cream cheese (along with the usual icing suspects). This distinctive icing can also be used to frost a cake.

Cold-Brew Cream

½ c butter, room temp

2 oz cream cheese, room temp

2 tbsp cold-brew concentrate

1 tsp vanilla

½ tsp salt

1 1/2 c powdered sugar

In a stand mixer, whip the butter and cream cheese. Add the coffee, vanilla, and salt. Lastly, turn off the mixer and add the powdered sugar and on low, allow it to incorporate. Now whip on medium-high for about 2 minutes. Set aside in the fridge until later.

Spread the icing on cooled buns.
