Artwork I’ve made of dinosaurs which inhabit cold climates or polar areas, bottom to top: Picture 1 shows the possible trackmakers of Late-Triassic to Early Jurassic fossil trackways found in the Junggar Basin of Northwestern China, which at the time would have been situated in the frigid northern latitudes of a breaking Pangea; picture 2 shows a flock of Coelophysis bauri feasting on a Desmatosuchus that has been killed by the volcanic winter of the Triassic-Jurassic extinction event; picture 3 shows a sketch of the Parankylosaur Stegouros elengassen in its habitat of the Dorothea Formation of Chile as well as sketches of the flora of the broader southern polar Wedellian Biogeographic Province and picture 4 shows a two couples of Edmontosaurus and Pachyrhinosaurus perotum building their nests and laying their eggs in the spring weeks of what is now the Maastrichtian Prince Creek Formation of Alaska. All these pictures will be used for an upcoming educational video I’m working on which will be posted on to my YouTube channel (https://youtube.com/@makairodonx9434?si=sTIcE5u3D_lZGmvJ) and discusses how the dinosaurs have been able to cope with freezing temperatures and life at the poles through their evolutionary history.

This is their OC who i admittedly didn’t know a lot about so was like “screw it, throw in some destroyed soviet block brutalism and make it snow.” They loved it lol.
