I was watching some random video on Youtube when I saw a thumbnail...

Now imagine Barry using these tips to flit. Would Len be confused, wooed, annoyed?

Just saw this post.

And for a couple of weird associations I propose:

Len and Lisa have a bigger age gape (make it a 23 years). Len is a 36 years old taking care of a 12 (almost 13) years old Lisa. He has been raising up Lisa since she was a baby. Len always walked between a criminal and civil career. He likes the adrenaline, but he loves Lisa and doesn't want to put her life on risk. He discovers Flash and they start their nemesis/flirting relationship.

One day something goes wrong Len needs someone take care of Lisa, get her to someplace safe. This day is the day Captain Cold makes a big ice sculpture in front of a museum. Flash shows up. Instead of interrupting Len robbing Barry is greeted by a Len with a bag and a small teenager glaring at them.

Lisa first word was Len, the second was my (it's her word for mick);

A couple of months before Len asks Barry to babysitter Lisa Lewis shown up. It was horrible, he manipulated her, making her leave home to meet him and used her as bait;

The job went horrible, now Mick is missing and the families know about Lisa;

Len is in crisis mode and only can think about Lisa safety, he asks to her pick her school materials and he himself make a backpack with the essential to her;

Barry tries to pass the responsibility to someone else, maybe Caitlin or Joe, but Len says that it needs to be him, he is the only person he trusts to keep Lisa safe. Barry is very bad with kids, usually kids love the Flash and Barry uses the hero fascination to talk to kids, but Lisa is unimpressed;

Lisa still traumatized because Lewis, and definitely don’t want to be separate from Len, and seeing the way Len looks to flash makes her chill with fear. This is the same person who make her brother bleed and yet he look to Flash as something precious;

After meeting Lisa, Barry is so confused. She is familiar but he can’t point out the motive. (Gideon is inspired on future Lisa)

Summary:

Straight guy worries he's being homophobic to gay roommate, realizes he's fallen in love with him. Plot twist: it turns out I don't have any problem with Barry kissing guys if it's me he's kissing. Len decides to renounce his life of crime and start a normal life, and ends up becoming roommates with Barry Allen, forensic scientist and total nuisance. For Leonard, Barry is just a mild annoyance who pays half of the rent - until he starts bringing his boyfriends home, and that's when things get complicated. Loosely based on this article that was floating around tumblr a while back.
