Due to the large influx of criminals, the SDN requested help from Central City. The fact that along with the heroes, there were a couple more new villains in the city is pure coincidence, it's true ~<3

It started out as an excuse to draw all the Lanterns and became a whole "how would I make these guys easier for me to draw" thing
I'm def not done either, drawing all these guys has been a BLAST and I'm so excited to draw more ^^
