LOVE Love Tractor!
First off, gotta say I'm not disappointed in the Webcomic-to-Live Action translation this show has been doing. It has it's own flair, still captures some iconic moments from the Webcomic, and yet it's still it's OWN thing! Really enjoying the cast! I realize some shows, I need to take a few steps back and let it do it's thing and not be too much of a purist. Love Tractor is one of my all time fave Webcomics. Nothing can get a worse translation to screen than Candy Paradox...right? (I know it's japanese, but still...I was looking forward to that.) Here we got a solid GOOD year of Webcimic-to-Live Action from Korea! (i'm looking at YOU "Unintentional Love Story") Huzzah!
Now the whole reason I felt the absolute NEED to digi-squeal about something today. I freaking LOVE the theme song for this show! At first I was like, hmm it's like "Missing You" by Hong Dae Kwang (from the show Once Upon a Small Town....coincidentally another farm/country themed series) and then the song came up in yesterday's episode 4 during the gardenhose fight (lol)...which didn't feel awkward like some people do water fight scenes...but I was like HEY SIRI SHAZAM THIS SWEET BOP PLEEEEEZ!!!
Low and behold! The song is called "Rainbow" and it's by COLDIN!!!! As in, SEMANTIC ERROR Soundrack!!!!! Lost it this morning y'all. Absolutely lost it. lmao!
