March #EmbracingBeauty Photo Challenge, Day 30: Cold. When I lost my first 100 lbs, my body thermostat died. I have never been able to be warm-blooded since. Even after I lost over 200 & then have put some back on, I still get cold very easily. So at my desk: a blanket, a scarf, a sweater at all times -- because you never know how the HVAC is going to behave. #brrr #coldnatured

I’m always cold, my feet and hands are never warm, and I always wear a sweater at home, even if it’s 80 degrees Fahrenheit. So if I know I’m eating something warm later (even ramen) I’ll just start thinking “Oh, the food’s going to be so warm, warm foods are the best! But long hugs are better...”. Then I keep thinking about things that are warm (like cuddles and hand holding and knowing I’m loved) and so on until I’m romantically frustrated. How fun.
