Oh darn one of the heat lamp bulbs isnt working. I added this #saunafix to my bathroom ceiling so I'm nice and warm when I do my #coffeeenema. I was challenged to take daily coffee enemas years ago and they have changed my life. Had to #biohack the process!!! I use a #colemaboard to lay down, added an inline #ozonater with a bidet sprayer to keep clean. Then I have a rolling cart with a variety of gizmos to #multitask. I breathe #hydrogen and use #highfrequency in my ears, face and neck. Oh the process of #transforming into superwoman before jumping in my #hotyoga Sauna Fix.
