#collaborationbrunch 🥚 Savory baked acorn squash with Salted Red Wine & Onion Preserves! 🥚 @millcitygrows acorn squash @julieshappyhens #gooseegg Our #saltedredwineandonionpreserves crafted with @aaronapcellars Carmenere red wine and red onions from North of Boston @neighborsacre beet #microgreens 🥚 Preheat oven to 325°F 🥚 Mix together in a bowl 2 cups whole milk, 1 1/2 cups organic cane sugar, a whole jar of our Salted Red Wine & Onion Preserves, and either two large eggs or if you can get some in season... a goose egg, beat until frothy and fully combined. 🥚 Trim and seed squash, trimming remained into four 3/4” thick ‘rings’, then baste bottoms with olive oil before placing onto cast iron skillets.
