Everyone always tells me I give too much to other people. That I focus too much on other's needs. That I'm allowing them to deplete my energy. That I need to fix this as it's becoming a problem.
But honestly? I don't want to stop. Being a supportive figure is hard work, yes--- but it is always, always worth it. Feeling the anguish of a friend and being able to sooth them even for a minute? Hearing a problem and giving a solution? Offering support and comfort when no one else will? Listening when someone feels unheard? Giving people a voice when their voice has been stolen from them? Letting someone know it's okay to cry, letting them know they're important, letting them know someone cares? That's all so worth it.
Am I a little tired? Yes. Is it easy? Absolutely not. But knowing that I made even a teeny, tiny difference to improve someone's quality of life, knowing that i have been a positive and healing force in the lives of others, it outweighs all downsides to me. If i can help someone, I will. Maybe, if I help enough people, it will contribute to the collective. I'm doing what I can to heal the world on a small scale, because it's the least I can do.
Of course, I always need to recharge afterwards. I could probably benefit from healing myself. But I will not stop healing others. One day, maybe someone will return the favor. Until then, I'm doing all I can. I have the power to help, and I will. And no one can stop me. This is what i'm made for.
Thinking in 5D
If we imagine time to be the 4th dimension, then our 4th dimensional self is like a line compared to the three dimensional dot self.
Only it’s not a line in the 3D sense… it’s affected by quantum entanglement and warps in space time and all kinds of things which the 3D mind has a hard time putting words onto.
Similar to how quantum mechanics has taught us that light is expressed simultaneously as a particle and a wave… the imagery is apt to describe the self from the 4th dimensional point of view.
(4D light is almost… infinite… more a cloth or a medium than a wave but trying to grasp 4D light is an aetheric time travel adventure in it’s own right)
I would argue that in order to be able to understand our 4D selves, we have to go beyond constructs of self and perceive 5th dimensionally.
I understand the 5th dimension to be the perspective that takes all the other particle/line/wave people/consciousnesses into account.
Interconnectedness is the nature of the 5th dimension, as time and movement is the 4th, and physical proportion are the first three.
The 4D self is a projection of the 3D self along the infinitely malleable time axis, but because of something similar to quantum entanglement, the moments at which we interact with others are the moments when our wave stabilises, and can be “measured” so to speak… all our potential interactions create multi-layered realities or multi-verses on the 5th (and maybe 6th? I guess 3D numbers don’t really apply) dimension…
Following this assumption, the aether can be classified not as a “place”, but as a dimension in which consciousness of the interconnectedness of all things becomes possible.
Within these aetheric dimensions, all options – past, present, and future – are mapped out and interchangeable (perhaps not personally so… or that is to say, the amount of energy it would take for a 3D perspective to move along the 5D axis is so much that it can be regarded as implausible at the very least… but there are moments at which we align with our 4D or even 5D selves, and inexplicable things become a bit less implausible…)
I even believe that through the aetheric dimensions we have connections to all the multi-verse – be it single celled, mineral, or completely alien to us in nature. The reason most people have a hard time accessing these aspects of the aether is because any experience our 5D selves have will eventually be filtered through the personal mind, which is notoriously effective at ignoring what it cannot explain based on frameworks of the past.
The task of the individual mind is to filter.
While submerged in the aetheric dimensions, we do not necessarily “exist” in any one moment of space-time. Or rather, we exist in so many, simultaneously that it would require vast amounts of energy to move all of those points at once (and yet independently).
The self-mind is what allows us to identify with a moment, draw energy from that present, and act in that time-space.
In 5D we are part of the same cloth as our god-forms, and the supernovae in which our elements were formed are distanced from us only by space-time.
5th dimensional perspective melts away feelings of victomhood, prejudice, nationalism, narcissism, consumerism… even fear of death. From the 5D perspective it is understood that the story is not about “me”, but rather “us” – an infinite “we” of heroes long dead and tricksters not yet born. Having glimpsed the aetheric dimensions is to understand that there are greater powers and possibilities than those presented by the self-mind.
We do not exist in isolation, and every act we take has consequences for others.
Even acts of magick will need less energy when one finds a place of least resistance along the web of interconnectedness… only by observation and understanding of existence beyond our self can we truly manipulate our wyrd to the fullest of our personal capacities.
Michael Dolce, Of Counsel at the law firm, Cohen Milstein summed up this unfortunate phenomenon of the statistical relationship between the foster care system and sexual abuse of minors, Most people don’t know about our nation’s foster care to sex trafficking pipeline, but the facts are sobering. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) found that “of the more than 18,500 endangered runaways reported to NCMEC in 2016, one in six were likely victims of child sex trafficking. Embody Your Truth
Mindful awareness opens a person up to the power of intent. Have you ever meditated on love and then had the most loving day or week of your life? Or have you meditated on joy or peace and felt illuminated in the heart by this presence of joyous or peaceful energy in your center?
Not only does an affirmation-based practice balance a person’s state of being, but this form of meditation can also expand into a dynamic, and very real conversation between the inner world and the outer world.
Feel Your Truth
There is a place deep in your gut that brews all kinds of enchanting fuel. This energy center guides you like music guides a dancer. Do you feel your insides churning? Take a moment to sit with this inner movement. Your gut feeling is very important to your destiny. Your gut can sense when you are tilting off course, or when you are as steady as the strong wind in a sail – sending you across the ocean of uncertainty with grace. The idea behind feeling your truth is a meditation on your present emotional state. Are you confidently chasing your dreams? Are you fearlessly pursuing of your desires? If your emotions are out-of-whack, you may feel physically bloated in the gut, empty in the gut, or simply drained of creative energy. To begin manifesting one’s dreams and desires, a person must bow to both the Solar Plexus and Sacral – your belly and your gut. Pay attention to this place where the manifesting magic is baked and brewed.
Know Your Truth
Now that you feel your solar center radiating with life, the next step is to feel this energy reflecting back into the garden of your mind. The clouds have cleared and the sun is now shining. You are full of warmth, ready to take on the challenges of the day. This is the first leg of the manifestation marathon. Here, you are confident, proudly shimmering in all your glory - A masterpiece of creation. Knowing you are one of a kind, a servant to something beautiful that only you have the power to bring to life in this world is a very important revelation along the journey. This is the time to follow your bliss. Notice what feeds the connection between your mind’s eye and your solar center. Do you get lost in the words while reading about other cultures? Do you feel totally brimming with wonder when you travel? Maybe it is art, music, science, or health that gets your gears turning and sparks the fire in your belly. Whatever the thing is, I implore you to do the thing. Otherwise, you will be hiding from your truth in an illusion of the self. Know, deep in your gut, your purpose and let your intuition bloom.
Speak Your Truth
You are the lotus. You have risen up from the rich, dark mud and have formed in the delicious light of the sun. This is the climax of the hero’s journey. The place where you blossom – one with the universe. At last, seen by the world. At last, seeing the world. Your light body builds from gut, to heart, to head, until quite suddenly, a person bursts open and sings! Your throat chakra is throbbing with the impulse to send your song out into the wind. Begin to have a conversation with yourself, with the universe, and with those who you hold dear. Even social media is an outlet to speak your truth. Be clear. Be a force. You are a warrior and you are worthy of this power. Let the universe know what you want. Sing loudly, your dreams. Open yourself up to the infinite possibilities. Trust in the flow. Let spirit guide you day-by-day. You may start to notice some interesting synchronicities. Keep faith in yourself and let the world know you are alive.
Embody Your Truth
Now that you feel, know, and speak with the full force of your divine energy, it is time to walk the walk. With each step you take, your feet float higher into a state of total serenity. Things that no longer serve you are weights to shrug off your shoulders. As you embody your true self, your life becomes a brilliant constellation. Each glimmering star, a dream or desire on your map to nirvana. As you become your bliss, your distant star clusters align to tell the story of your destiny - one charmed with meaning. Worlds begin to form. Time speeds up. Your passion and purpose unite to manifest a field of flowers, blooming on every world within the universe that is you. As you can see, the best way to manifest your deepest dreams and desires is to be true to yourself. To be open to transformation, for this is the energy that will propel you toward your destiny.
