The guidance you can potentially receive from mentors is invaluable, and their ability to help you navigate the unknown paths and reach your goals more quickly (working smart) makes them so important. Mentors can help to guide, direct, and shape your present situation and future opportunities for the better. When it comes to education, students who have someone with great experience that they can lean on for advice and assistance can benefit greatly in their growth and development and self-actualization. Mentors can help mentees open the door to new possibilities. Earlier this month, three Open Dreams Scholars, Clement Ngosong, Mohamed Moumie and Georges Isacc Djimi made a visit to Franky Academic Complex in Yaounde to talk about the Open Dreams Mentorship program and how outstanding students can benefit from it. This April, many more teams of Open Dreams Scholars shall visit schools in Bamenda, Buea, Douala, Yaounde etc to meet students and share experiences with them and guide them on how they can become part of Open Dreams, as we prepare for the 2021 Cohort of Pre-Scholars for the upcoming Summer Academy. #CollegeAccess #HALIAccessAfricafrica #SDG4QualityEducation https://www.instagram.com/p/CMv4UQdBA8K/?igshid=9r1n72ws67bu
