Most of the backlash from the Nike ad is comming from midwest areas with little to no POC population. They don't understand diversity and racisim because they've never spent time around poc communities. I LIVE in one. I'm POC and live in a 95% white populated city in Wisconsin. 3% Native, 1.5% Hispanic, .5% Black. The biggest problems here are drunk drivers, domestic abuse, and heroin. Of course they believe racism doesn't exist. There's no racism "problems" because there's no diversity.
