California Marinade for Grilled Steak Tacos with Colman's Dry Mustard
Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons Colman's Dry Mustard 1 cup Soy Sauce 18 oz. Mexican Coca-Cola 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce 3 cloves Garlic minced Salt & Pepper to taste 3 lbs of Flank Steak On the Side: Tortillas, Grilled Peppers, Limes, Salsa, Cheese, Lettuce (optional) Instructions: In a large container, whisk together all ingredients except the steak. Cut steak into strips & trim extra fat if necessary. Add in the steak and stir to coat all of it in the marinade. Cover tightly with a lid and marinate 24 hours. Grill anywhere from 1 minute to 6 minutes per side, depending on how hot your grill is and how you like your meat cooked. Remove from the grill to a clean plate, cover with foil and rest 5-10 minutes before serving. Add steak to tortillas, fill with grilled peppers, cheese, lettuce, salsa, squeeze the lime, and enjoy!
