WIP game! I'm torn between asking about Zutara and P&P missing scene! But I guess since Janeuary is happening now, I'll find out about the Zutara one soon enough, so, P&P missing scene it is!

The funny thing is that I wrote/am writing both for Janueary, but the Zutara one is still giving me trouble and the P&P missing scene just needs an editing pass. :D But here's a snippet from the latter!

Richard Fitzwilliam was an early riser by nature. But whenever he visited Rosings, he took extra care to wake early, break his fast, and leave the house to pursue whatever exercise he'd selected before the sun was high in the sky. Lady Catherine was not to be seen belowstairs until ten or eleven of the clock, having slept late, eaten lightly in her rooms, and gotten fully dressed and coiffed before anybody but her maid saw her. All the habits of a truly genteel lady, as she often declared. It really was a wonder how many of Lady Catherine's own habits and preferences were the only correct way to do things, he mused, leading his horse into the stables after his morning ride. What a fortunate turn of events that was.

It was fun writing in Col. F's voice, especially since the bulk of the story happens between him and Darcy and their cousinly vibe is something new.

I know he doesn't have a canon first name, but I went with the fairly common fanon one of Richard.
