If I were to play a Doctor Who villain, I’d probably be happiest with the part of Colony Sarff.

1- he’s a snake person. Reptiles are awesome

2- his lines are easy to remember: “where is the doctor” and “HISS” (for the most part)

3- i am pretty sure part of his costume design is roller blades
