Raft City Builder?
For transparency - so far I've only played the free demo... But I am very tempted to grab the full game (only £14!)
Havendock popped up on my steam store front page yesterday and I dove right into the demo. I played for about 5 hours straight.
Simple gameplay, very easy to pick up
Casual, cute and fun
Time sink with lots to do
Relaxing soundtrack
Co-op/Multiplayer available (very buggy - see note by devs on storepage)
From what I can tell, there's some extra exploration and underwater building/expansion possible in the full release of the game - I had just researched and build a SUBMARINE before hitting the limits of the demo version. There's also mentions of boats and flight, but again, seems to be in the paid version only.
There's a good chance I'll be grabbing said paid version to play on Steam at some point in the next week, so if you're interested, come hang out, or watch a VOD over at my Twitch channel.
Edit: Husband used his build up of steam credit to buy full version for me, and in his message he wrote “I sent you my dock, pls respond.”
This is why I married him, obviously.
