Imagine Ink or Color Blast?
IMAGINE INK VS COLOR BLAST
These are the exact same product but by different companies. The gimmick is you can color a whole picture with one marker that doesn’t leave any residue on anything that isn’t the paper pad it comes with. Both types of pads come with 24 pictures to color. Great for traveling and relaxing. But one of these is far superior to the other. So imma tell you which one to buy so you can save your money!
Imagine ink CAN have beautiful results. Like this first page:
However, on pages where the character isn’t outlined in non-imagine ink, the outlines smudge the rest of the picture even if you attempt to color it neatly (rather than just scribbling all over the blank page with abandon). You end up with a lot of pages that look like this:
You can tell what it’s SUPPOSED to look like, but the final result once you’re done coloring is not very good.
This is where Color Blast comes in. This is what Imagine Ink wishes it was.
The pages I’ve colored so far are ALL nice looking. The lines aren’t smearing. And they’re the SAME PRICE on Amazon as Imagine Ink, so with this in mind there is no reason to buy Imagine Ink unless you’re set on coloring licensed characters.
Plus, the Imagine Ink marker is not re-seal-able back into its case. It can fall out if you aren’t careful. Color Blast does not have this problem. When not coloring, the marker is completely secure.
ALSO if your marker runs out (which it will if you’re set on coloring the whole thing with no white spaces), dip the marker tip in rubbing alcohol. This will re-juice it. This works for both types of coloring pads as the markers are the exact same and work on both brands.
So yeah get Color Blast.
Today’s outfit before and after colorblast! I had to wash my hair three times to get all of that colored cornstarch out.❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
