So today was cardio and my stamina is getting better! The ZombieRun5k app is helping so much! There's a color run in either June or July in Chicago, which is going to be my running goal. I signed up the past two years but have never gone because I stopped working out multiple times. But this will be the year! I have two friends who have started working out with me that will be in it too. I'm excited for all of the bright colors!

Also, this working out in the morning thing before work is working out. I get everything ready the night before so I have no excuses and I just get up and go. It also helps that winter has been pretty mild by me. So I haven't had to shovel during the week before heading to the gym.

Oh, and I bonded with one of the new coworkers over Harry Potter. It was great!

Some special things happened today. I weighed in and I’m now officially 30 pounds down! I also completed my very first 5K. It was a color run, hence the chalk 😂 but it was also a run to benefit cancer patients at the local cancer center. So of course, with the anniversary coming up of Roman’s announcement, I had to rep him & Leukemia awareness. I was #RomanStrong today, as the bandana says 😜 Feeling so good!!
