23-year-old Elijah McClain was a massage therapist, who taught himself how to play violin and guitar because he believed in the power of music to heal people. Unfortunately, he was murdered at the hands of the police on August 24th, 2019. Police officers in Aurora, Colorado put Elijah in a deadly chokehold, causing him to go unconscious. It should never be okay for a police officer to take a life. It has been two years since he was murdered at the hands of Aurora, CO police, and we have yet to see justice. To honor his life, we're demanding AG Phil Weiser file criminal charges against the officers who murdered him. Take a stand with us and sign the petition via the link in bio today.
