On march 6th of 1994 in commemoration to the LXI anniversary of the RI Luis Donaldo Colosio gave a speech in front of the Revolution Memorial (Mexico City). Here he countersigned his commitment to fight against inequality, recognoizing the responsibility of the PRI on the construction of the political structure on Mexico, acknowledging the fails commited of corrupt practices and impunity on the actual political framework.

This was material reserved by the Mexican government about the murder of the then presidential candidate Luis Donaldo Colosio on march 23 of 1994

The video was taken from an agent from the then Federal Judicial Police

INAI commissioner Joel Salas said the video acquires deep public interest since it's related to a key moment that changed the Mexican contemporary political history

"Us mexicans still wait and look out for clear answers about the intelectual and material authorship of the murders already mentioned since the perception of opacity that has surrounded the investigations may also generate suspicions"
