Colossus With a Short Fem S/O Headcanons
He bumps into you a lot.
It’s always an accident, of course, but it still happens.
“Oh! дорогая (darling), I’m so sorry! I didn’t see you there!”
He’s a big romantic and wants to dance with you.
He’s a fan of ballroom dancing.
Since you’re so small, it’s hard for you to keep up with him.
Damn his long legs and even longer strides!
Long story short, you always end up standing on his feet so you can dance together comfortably.
Sleeping in bed is a little difficult since he takes up 3/4 of the bed.
You could always get a bigger bed but you’d still sleep just as close to one another.
He spoons you a ton for sure.
His arm is always wrapped around your waist when you’re in bed together.
You’re like his little soft teddy bear.
When standing next to one another, he rests his arm on the top of your head very gently.
You didn’t like it at first since it was playing into the obvious height difference but you grew to love it.
When you two kiss, he has two options of going about it:
He either lifts you up or bends down to meet your lips.
He mostly just picks you up.
It’s really a sight.
Pictures are hard to come by since he’s so big and you’re so small.
Taking a photo the traditional way always ends with one of you getting cut out of the photo.
The best photos you’ve gotten so far have been of him sitting in a chair with you standing beside him.
If you guys go to a concert, he puts you on his shoulders so you can see better.
The people behind you might not be too pleased but he keeps them quiet so you can enjoy the show.
People mistake you for his younger sibling a lot.
He just sighs and explains you’re not.
You’re both embarrassed and mad in the moment but definitely laugh about it later on.
Even if you might not need it, he’s still very protective of you.
You suspect it’s because of your short stature.
He says it’s because he cares a lot about you.
You accept that answer.
If you have a problem reaching something in the upper cupboards, he comes up behind you and reaches for it.
He hands it down to you with a kind smile on his face.
You want to huff and explain that you could have gotten it yourself but one look at his face and you dissolve into many thanks.
“Better than letting you climb the counter top, дорогая (darling).”
Every time he looks down at you, he is just so proud of what he sees.
He doesn’t see you as a small or weak person.
He sees his s/o and someone who loves him despite his immense height.
He loves you almost too much and is very vocal in believing he’s the luckiest man on earth.
When you hold his hand, your hand is elevated and becomes numb quick.
You try not to hold hands unless you’re laying down together.
You lay on his chest a lot.
Especially during your living room dates in the mansion
You lay on his chest while you both watch movies.
If anyone teases you about your height he never ceases to come to your rescue.
The aggressor just stops talking and looks incredibly nervous
You look up and see Colossus glaring at them.
You don’t need him to always come to your defense but it’s really nice.
When you mutually decide to have sex, it’s a little awkward at first.
Obviously, you know how to do it, but it’s tricky since he’s such a massive man and you’re so small.
When you figure it out though it’s golden.
You’d never heard so much profanity from this man until your first time together.
He makes a show of keeping you concealed in moments of danger.
Mostly on missions in the field as X-Men.
But if Deadpool shows up, he stands in front of you the entire time in a similar manner.
That is until Wade opens his mouth, because then you’re in front of him so he can cover your ears.
“That is no way to speak in front of a lady, Wade.”
Obviously Wade doesn’t care but the fact Piotr goes to such lengths to protect you is beyond sweet
Chivalry isn’t dead, it’s just been gathered up and condensed into one big metal man.
