Positive Vibes Pouches

So I made these little herb pouches for my friends, to help them to keep their heads up and keep calm, things like that. I included a Positive Vibes sigil that I made myself, and personalised them with different essential oils for each person, but you don’t have to do that!

What I used (Feel free to use only some of these, or substitute with suitable alternatives):

-Sage, black salt, cumin, dill, fennel, mint and parsley (For defence, banishing negative energy, and protection)

-Thyme, for banishing negativity.

-Cardamom pods (around three in each pouch) and lavender, for love, friendship and relationship.

-Nutmeg, bay leaves and star anise (for good fortune. Basil works good too)

-Allspice and Caraway, for good health.

-Rosemary, for mental strength.

My Positive Vibes Sigil

I charged the sigil with rose quartz and citrine, and infused the pouches with essential oils. For the makeup of the parcels themselves, I used yellow felt and pink string, for positivity and love. I left the parcels in a box overnight to charge them with my crystals, but you could charge them with candles and say a little blessing to whom the parcel is for either. Make one for yourself and focus on self-love <3
