the only way would be plasters, try putting one over ur finger tips and one around ur finger to hold the other on i hope that makes sense

prevent infection first tbh use like betadine (do u have betadine?? or just ask ur parents they would know) and then put a bandaid (plaster) on and then try to keep ur hand above ur heart to make less blood flow there to help the clot form

idk what betadine is, we have plasters but they're not small enough. I'll do that though, thank you :)
