❄️ Sobeknesef's Combat Kit ❄️
Basic Attack:
Fires up to 4 consecutive rapid fire shots in a row, dealing a small amount of Glacio DMG.
Heavy Attack:
Sobeknesef enters the aiming state for a more powerful shot. The aimed shot fired creates a minor explosion of ice on impact that deals heavy Glacio DMG to the target, along with dealing proximity DMG to any other targets close to the impact point. Usage of this aiming skill gives stacks of “Hapless Hunger”.
Mid-air Attack: “Deathly Dive”
When in mid air or free fall, the basic attack button turns into an alternate button ability, and when pressed - Sobeknesef consumes half of his Stamina in order to temporarily coat his tail in ice; where he then performs a front flip spin into a heavy tail slam onto the ground from above; onto any targets that are within close proximity to the landing point, dealing moderate Glacio DMG.
Dodge Counter: “Freeze Frame”
When a successful dodge occurs, he automatically attacks the target with a single pistol shot that freezes the target in place for up to 10 seconds upon impact.
Resonance Skill: "Subzero Hero”
When the normal non-activated Resonance Skill button is pressed while on the ground or in mid-air, Sobeknesef launches bursts of icy air at the target rather than typical bullets (similar to Aalto's blasts of fog/solid air, but cold and a bit sparkly from frost), dealing Glacio DMG and freezing the target in place for up to 10 seconds. Usage of this skill gives stacks of “Hapless Hunger”.
When Sobeknesef's “Hapless Hunger" state reaches 100, the normal Resonance Skill button will be replaced with a glowing activated skill ability button. When pressed in this state, a burst of frosty wind will explode out from him and swirl around him. He will then sacrifice half of his total HP; which in turn instantly heals all teammates to their max HP (if any was lost at all).
The loss of his HP also temporarily gives a 30% Glacio DMG bonus, but only to him and any other Glacio resonators in the team.
Resonance Liberation: “Outcast Avalanche”
When activated, multiple consecutive icy shockwaves launch out from Sobeknesef’s body for 10 seconds in all directions and ripple through the air, causing heavy Glacio DMG to any target caught within its wide radius - along with causing frost and chunks of ice to coat/grow across the ground of the immediate area (some chunks are small and others large), instantly freezing in place anything and anyone caught in the crossfire. These icy shockwaves also inflict all targets with Glacio Erosion status effect upon impact/ making any amount of contact with them. The Glacio erosion effect slowly depletes the targets’ HP over time, even when the target gets out of range of/breaks contact with the shockwaves, with the added effect of moderately slowing the inflicted targets' moving speed.
The amount of damage that the shockwaves cause is equal to about 800% of whatever Sobeknesef’s max ATK stat is. The drawback to this being so strong/damaging is that Sobeknesef is also inflicted with Glacio DMG when using this ULT, and thus slowly loses chunks of his HP over time until the Resonance Liberation finishes - the HP being converted into the bonus ATK DMG.
<Note: The Glacio Erosion effect can also be inflicted onto bosses>
Intro Skill: "Rigid Roll”
Sobeknesef will automatically lunge at and tackle the target - slamming them into the ground and dealing moderate Glacio damage; performing something similar in fashion to a “death roll” that gators and crocs are known to do to take down their prey; they latch on with all their strength (usually latching onto the neck of the target) and aggressively rolling around until the prey dies.
<note: This move does not work on Bosses and TD's that are much larger than him, obviously. If a dodge counter is done to either of those, he will still perform the lunge - but will instead just smack them with his tail to deal moderate <melee> damage. And, yes, he has performed the normal croc death roll on many TD's before.>
Outro Skill: “Goodbye Glacier”
Sobeknesef attacks by doing a singular heavy shot upwards - directly above himself - towards the sky, which explodes like a flare and rains icy shrapnel down in a radius around himself for a 5 seconds, dealing continuous Glacio DMG to any targets within the radius.
Forte Circuit: "All Knowing Snow"
Basically a slightly alternate form of the Retroact Rain; Waveworm Phenomenon (link added for those who needed a refresher about it, cuz I know it hasn't been acknowledged in-game since the Black Shores update from what I recall). He is able to control/use it whenever for the most part. This Forte ability of his is the exact same as the in-lore phenomenon in almost every aspect and functionality, except instead of rain/water theming… It's snow/blizzard themed! due to the fact that he's a Glacio resonator - the winter aesthetics just fit better, thematically, as a whole. :P
[I'm unable to really figure out how to turn this forte into a realistic playable game mechanic for him to fit the rest of the post, like idk how that'd even work as an ability game-play wise.. but it doesn't matter much in that aspect, as it’s primarily just for rp & story telling anyhow. Lol. same goes for anything else in this post that people think "wouldn't work" or "don't make sense" in actual gameplay if he was a real playable character. this stuff is mostly just for my own fun and for commitment to the aesthetic that he has.]
