WE will empower the youth to not make the same mistakes and be the leaders we need for tomorrow. 👑 . . How do WE do this? 🤔 . . Being authentic with our revolution. Taking action authentically with what aligns with who we really are. That's where consistency and commitment lies. When the protests stop and the the trending hashtags die down, what will you continue to do when you're no longer feel emotionally charged by all that's going on? 👀🤔 . . As some of you are aware, I mentor and work with a charity called the @100bmol to bring about positive change within the Black community through Mentoring, Education, Health & Wellness and Economic Empowerment. We've been doing this since 2001. 19 YEARS. Not for a hashtag, or for a trend, for the authentic work that is a consistent need expressed by our community. 🤝🏾 I'm glad to say I was a mentee on the award winning mentoring programme as a boy. The gems left within me have made a significant difference and continue to do now as I grow and develop continually as a man.
