Meditation - is practice to imagine the mind to be void of all conceptions, to be in the non-self, felt thirst for knowing, overcome, letting go this thirst and felt new one, this returning is inescapable, it's called the agony of cycle,because man is condemned by addiction of thinking, meditation is a opportunity for escape of being a self, short comfortable numb from searching for the meaning in the meaningless world. It's the way of self-denial by numbness, it's a substitute for alcohol or drugs, but healthy one.
