MY COMIC GEEKS AS OF JANUARY 25TH 2025

I have read 555 more comics since I last posted this in August.

I got into a really big marvel kick at one point.

Yeah…I just might like Captain America. Black Widow is so high due to the Cap comics though so is Bucky but I did try to read more of both of them and I did read a lot of Thor I want to read even more of his comics. If anyone has Hawkeye recs (Besides Freefall & Matt Fractions run I’ve already read them) and Green Arrow recs let me know.

I read Ed Brubaker’s entire cap run. Great run! Jason Aaron is from the Thor comics mostly and Mark Waid is mostly Cap. Donny Cates is due to Gotg comics and Venom. I read Joshua Williamson’s Green arrow run so that makes up the bulk of the count.

Whilst I do read online mostly SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL COMIC SHOP.

I just learnt what “comic geeks” was, I’ve seen ss of the app before…. Genuinely thought it was marvel unlimited and went “naw I’m not paying for that”

Now I need to figure out how to use it 🫣

I see this fund is doing well right now, but if any of you can offer help -- I’m sure it’ll be appreciated by them. 

My friend owned the comic store in town and was an all around great guy. He’s going to be missed something fierce by me, and our comic community.
