Two versions again.

I’ve been meaning to draw this scene from @sineala s fic “Not So Secret Anymore” (go read it, it’s awesome). Because Tony’s sheer effrontery at Steve saying nice things about him (TO HIS FACE!) is hilarious.

Extract from the fic that inspired this sketch

"So on the way to the meeting, when you were telling me about your computer problems and you kept telling me how kind I'd been to you, you-- you knew you were talking to me the whole time? Loki(2019)- Issue 2 : Frostiron

Well, it's not technically frostiron, but frostiron fans are going to enjoy it a lot. It has many elements from frostiron fics, you wonder whether the writers are shippers or at least aware of the fics :D

So this commentary is through my frostiron glasses :D

I love it when in fics Loki calls Tony equal to a prince or a king or royalty of Midgard! And Tony always denies it! :D And now it's happening in canon!!!

Thor...Thor...Being a king is a role, a job, not an identity. Being someone's brother and being defined by a relationship to them is definitely not an honor nor an identity. Loki has always tried to find who he is. When are you going to know that about your brother and understand him?

Yay! Just like the fics! Loki asking Tony to join the Avengers! Except in the fics Thor always supports him, not laugh at him :/

lol me too Loki! You two definitely should be friends! Also love how like fics Loki got a Stark phone. He is always gifted one by Tony, or just get one himself because Loki choose the best quality :D

Oh rest assured Thor, we have written it for Loki plenty of times.

Friendly reminder that this is canon in comics too. Also good on the writers part to acknowledge that pain of torture and humiliation doesn't teach you anything, there is no learning in it except worsening your hate and fury. Again writers of the Loki show should take notes.

All in all, this issue was an enjoyable read.

616 Tony being the worlds cutest business man in my completely non biased opinion.

Trying to capture that “character that just stepped out of the silver screen” vibe that I always go weak for whenever Steve uses it to describe seeing Tony for the first time. Unaware that the “suave and sophisticated” Tony Stark is the very same “good old Shellhead with a goofy sense of humour who always knows just what to say to cheer Steve up” … can you guess the fanfic trope I go nuts for…

I think I like the unshaded version better but it’s hard to tell without fresh eyes.
