Uma deliciosa torta de carne moÃda cozida lentamente em cerveja, misturada com azeitonas e queijo, tudo isso envolto em uma massa folhada crocante.
Ingredients: 500g de carne moda. 1 cebola picada. 2 dentes de alho picados. 1/2 xcara de cerveja. 1/2 xcara de molho de tomate. 1/2 xcara de azeitonas verdes picadas. 1/2 xcara de queijo mussarela ralado. Massa folhada. Sal e pimenta a gosto.
Instructions: Set the oven to 180C. Place the cabbage and onions in a freezer and freeze them until they soften. Add the grilled meat and cook at a low temperature. Take the beer out of the fridge and let it cool down to room temperature. Add the tomato paste and the azuki beans. Cook for a few more minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Make a shape with the rolled-up mass and remove the blanket from over it. Spread the grilled mussel cheese on top. Cover the cake with another foil-lined mass-production chamber and make small cuts in the top to let the steam escape. Serve hot from a preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the mass is puffy and crooked. Have a nice day and enjoy!
