Cody's glad that the Weird Force Incident didn't hurt the General, per se, but now he has an amnesiac young Obi-Wan who thinks he ought to be on Melida/Daan, not on a battlefront with clones.

six sentence sunday

Since I did bonus sentences to the Commander Kenobi thing last time, I feel ok doing only five today. Here, have some angst.

There’s a look, in some brother’s eyes, something broken when they’d survived even as too many of their brothers have died. Rex wears it too damn often, though sometimes he forgets long enough to let it fade. Wolffe keeps trying to hide it, especially from his Jedi.

The only time Cody hasn’t seen it in Kenobi’s eyes is when he’s gotten turned into a youngling.

It’s back, and Cody hates that more than he has words for.
