Get some sleep.

I mean, also don’t take lyrium, come talk to me and/or Cass if it ever gets this bad again, I can give you some deep breathing exercises, also maybe some pillows?? so that you won’t hurt your hands punching bookcases? like punch some pillows instead? and we can get you, like, hot coco or marshmallows or fried chicken idk what’s your comfort food, but we’ll get that, it’ll be okay.

But also, for the love of all that is holy, man, get some sleep.
