First we saw the consequences of Ryo siding with Misaki. We saw how her kind of justice looks like. It’s imprisoning any one even vaguely associated with the guilty party and then executing anyone even slightly suspicious. This will not make Ryo’s hold on the Zairon any safer. Terror works short term but it seeps support and in time often topples the regime.

Ryo make think it makes him seem tough and decisive but it turned a bunch of people from loyal subjects to ones who listen to Raza crew ideas of escaping the Empire. A whole group of people who want to escape the terror and could spread the word about Emperor’s cruelty. Something that could’ve stirred dissent in the whole of Empire. But it wasn’t to be this time.

Because this time we get to learn who sneaked in from the other universe and it was the whole evil Raza crew -Portia Lin, Marcus Boone, Tash and Wexler. The moment they shown their true colours I knew those were the evil versions from that other universe. All the doppelgängers came back with Raza except for Corso. So here goes the possibility of killing another version of One on screen. Well, maybe this one got a happy ending and went back to being Derrick Moss.

Of course, the only difference between the main universe crew and the evil one is that the others never lost their memories. Everyone’s life was pretty much the same to that point. So they know Adrian. He did the same thing for Tabor back in their own world. And they also knew that he was working with the real Raza crew and are going to use it to steal Raza. Wexler was a bait because they are people who don’t care for no one - not even each other. When they plan failed Tash was willing to just kill them all. This is why they keep losing. Only Android is loyal to her Portia and that’s the only reason she and Marcus are still alive.

I liked that Two told Wexler what happened to the main one. He can now impersonate him without anyone else being any wiser. Portia and Boone have much harder time taking their doubles lives. Now that he knows how little he meant to the others I wonder if he’ll leave them and try to strike it on his own. I wouldn’t mind our crew meeting him again.

I knew it was Boone on the Marauder - he had this red scratch on his face. But it was cool that we got that first scene from Android’s fast forward. And it meant they were prepared and Five was waiting there until she was last one standing.  But because they took Three hostage - I wondered why Portia didn’t kill him and it did save their lives - they went back to their ship free. Both Androids did exchange of prisoners and ours told the other Blink Drive is dead. I wonder if the writers retconned it that way or did she lie (she last said it was manipulated and may not work properly but might be fixed later - not that it was forever broken).

And so Raza crew is back in Truffault and Mikkei’s good graces. They know about another danger (although not that they pissed off Ryo). Still, their other versions are still at large and even more dangerous then ever. I was surprised they didn’t come to Nieman sooner (when they’ve revealed themselves this episode I suspected them to be Agent 0). The evil Raza was working for Ferrous all the time.

Also after last episode of treasure hunt for Tabor possessions that lead to one disappointment after another and being used and ridiculed and not even allowed to have gun with bullets Adrian decided to go for less exciting life. With a cousin on a planet in Mikkei territory so mostly safe. But Solara went with him anyway - after all someone has to keep an eye on him. But Five tells him she believes in him and even if he can’t be as badass as she is she still thinks he is rather decent human mostly. This Raza crew has friends.
