I'm curious about UE!Papyrus. I can't seem to find more than two posts about him on your blog.
Yeah, I haven't done much with most of my characters ;w; But I can go over some stuff about him!
So, UnderEats operates out of the Commercetale timeline. They work with the monsters there and also use it to store/fix the vehicles drivers use. These guys are called the Bikekeepers and UE!paps is one of them.
His nickname is 'pyrus (but spelt Pyrrhus to reference the term pyrrhic victory). I think he'd act the same as classic Papyrus, though part of his bravado is to cope with his brother being dead.
Exec lets him make deliveries sometimes, so he gets to explore the multiverse. Otherwise he just does his job with Alphys and Flowey. Also he's scared of Dr. Pin and her check-ups (though she is pretty intense about it).

Here's Pin! She's from Commercetale and was the Royal Physician.
Her job was to monitor everyone's magic levels, but with the timeline becoming non-functional, she now spends a lot of time not doing very much. She still insists on regular check-ups on all the monsters though, even the ones that aren't native.
Groundskeeper (Asgore) is her only real patient at the moment.

Nah, PNG comes from a true pacifist timeline! (I dont have a name for it). Pyrrhus' hoodie belongs to CT!sans (dead). (not to be confused with Arbiter)
