Token ADHD Commiseration is not okay!

Fam and friends mean well when they say, "Oh, don't worry about it... I forget names and conversations. I tell people I forget sometimes, and we laugh it off."

That IS NOT ADHD, damn it!! Everyone forgets names and convos once in a while. However, those "laughable and playful times don't lead to meltdowns, panic, or replayed scenarios & self conversations!!! And if you tell them that, they have the gall to get snippy and tell you to lighten up and not be so hard on yourself. FUCK, I hate that!!!

I'm a bit annoyed at myself because I should have been able but I made a lot of stupid mistakes. And the others I was talking to who were also worried about did well ugh. I'm gonna try not to be too upset about it but fuck I have work to do

The first question was the worst one which put me in a bad mood for the rest of it. But there were a few later on that I do feel confident on so it's not totally bad. I think I got everything at least partially right so there's that.
