Keep showing up for yourself. From the comforts of our homes, we can easily slide into that “oh, I have time” mentality. . And maybe you do have time, but let’s make use of it in a way that creates growth. I’m not saying not to take it easy, but just think about the small things you could do every day to explore yourself. Small things that can build positive habits so you come out on top. Work toward being your best self every day and celebrate it. . Read a book, take a nap, do some silent journaling, create artwork, meditate, take a course, organize your space, maybe even take a walk. . I’ve been focusing on being creative and getting 3 things done on my to-do list every day. I don’t put pressure on myself, I just focus on the moment and the things I want to accomplish. I try to get excited and remind myself that the outcomes of focusing on these things daily will only benefit me in the end. . I’ve discovered my passion for art and service in the meantime. And honestly I feel proud to see that I’m showing up and I’m following through. 🙌🏽 . How will you show up for yourself today? Make a small commitment to yourself just for today. . Let me know what you committed to today👇🏽 . #happythursday #commitmenttomyself #showup #showupeveryday #bestyou #styleblogger #bloggerblogging #amarisblog #selfcare (at Worcester, Massachusetts) https://www.instagram.com/p/CAdOl_AHJgM/?igshid=1byxd901c9wds
