Hey Mads, it's okay if you don't want to or don't feel comfortable answering this one but. If you do feel up to it. Can I get some comfort hcs on if A!Kit has a difficult call from or visit home?

➭ after the first couple of more difficult skyte calls from home, they have a pact with mads that whenever theres a call from home to either of them, they are going to be there for each others background support. not on camera, but just in the room to listen in on the conversation and to make sure everythings going fine, or if its not, they are there for each other as immediate support if needed

➭ pixiefeathers; things like this often end up with either of two things; 1. they build up a blanket fort that covers literally the entire dorm room (kit has enough blankets for that, fight me), fill it with pillows and plushies and fairylights everywhere, and just cuddle up in a pile in the middle of the room under some blankets and on the bean bag chair, and either play some comfort games or binge bisney movies, or 2. they lock themselves into the arts center, find the biggest canvas/roll of paper they can, spread it on the floor and just. smash paint on it. if its good enough weather, they might do this outside, but in the arts center they are surely able to have some peace for all this and no outsiders looking at them taking their frustrations out on literally slamming paint on the canvas/paper covered floor tho

➭ pinkfeathers; hana understands home troubles really well, so she makes sure that kit is as comfortable as they possibly can; she sits them down to watch or listen something relaxing, lights up some of their favorite scented candles, braids their hair or gives them a relaxing scalp massage while just chatting the time away. talking about school work. about her friends, her roommate, the normal boots club. telling them about the stray kittens and what hana has seen them doing recently. stuff about the hidden block club. just anything to take kits mind off of things

➭ yungfeathers; luke is like. really good at comfort things tho? he’ll offer hugs and cuddles as much as needed, and if physical contact feels gross at the time, he’ll talk with you about anything you want and sings to you and makes you watch fun cat videos he found online. maybe luke doesnt always know how to say the right things, but honestly? kit doesnt really mind it, cause they know luke is trying the best he can and its a really nice distraction either way. plus he often tries to egg kit to sing along with him, which always ends up in a competition which one can get louder than the other, which is a really good way to spend the pent up negative energy and luke always. lets them win tbh lol

➭ spacefeathers; jeff goes full on dad mode, tbh. if kit wants to talk about it, he’ll def offer a shoulder to cry on, but if not, hes absolutely prepared for some comfort time tbh; video games, bunch of treats, relaxing atmosphere, he’ll drown them in his hidden block jacket for maximum comfort. he’ll hold them close through all of this, give them positive and encouraging words throughout all them vidjy gams, and just makes sure that kit has the best time they can to relax and be comfortable ~

➭ caddifeathers; so caddy is. immediately on the fucking warpath lets be clear on that. hes constantly asking whos ass he needs to slaughter, like. not up to the point where hes literally demanding details out of kit or anything, he doesnt do that - honestly he doesnt even need to know the reason, just who made them that upset, and hes ready to throw down. which overtime becomes a really comforting thing to kit tbh, even if caddy is serious about it all, but its like. so nice to know that they have a friend like him who is so ready to kick some ass just to see them smile again tho

➭ didyouknowfeathers; shane is immediately defensive over kit tho. like he usually doesnt show it that he cares, but someone as close as family or friends makes them upset? shane is ready to kick some ass tbh. hes going to insist on sitting in on the next skyte call or needs to know when kit is visiting home so he can be there for emotional and physical support, and the give up a few selected words to whoever tries to make this literal ray of sunshine of his this upset. and he also drags kit into the dorm kitchen, stating that they are going to get those feelings out by baking. plus it brings out friends considering the big batches kit always makes, and friends make everything better, ya know? he might seem a bit disgruntled about all of this throughout the things, but at the same time its really easy to see that no matter how passive he tries to be about all of it, that shane also actually really, really cares

➭ completionkit; jirards first instinct is to insist that kit talks to someone about any troubles they are having. he offers to listen and help, but if not, he can suggest other friends or school counselor to talk to, or anything really. and if kit doesnt want to talk with him, hes fine with it - jirard will find other ways to make sure kit feels better tho. little sneak peak on b3 stuff? you got it! he’ll introduce them to his newest ibk’s? you got it! watch him complete a video game? gotcha! some nice chill times just chatting away while playing chill games with him and alex? absolutely! just something super nice and chill, hanging out with friends and just taking your mind off of things, thats what jirard does the best tbh ~

➭ bffnate; nate is immediate cuddles and hugs tbh. grabs your hand and leads you to somewhere nice and calm to ask if you wanna talk about it. if not, then hes fully prepared to break out in a song, asking them to join in. just sing your lungs out. also he would. most definitely encourage throwing things and stuff tbh. which is bad but imagine like. a bowl full of wet balls of paper towels. and using as much force as you wanna to throw them against a wall or something. thats the type of stuff he would absolutely encourage if you need to take your energy out on something. and if calm things are needed, nate will drag kit to his dorm, bury them under a pile of shark plushies, and either cuddle with them while softly singing to them, or playing guitar and singing, depending on which one they are feeling for at the moment

(as a soft bonus! library pal satch would firstly take few of their shifts to take care of, especially if kit seems like they are highly distracted with their thoughts and need an extra break to relax, and secondly he would sit kit down, have a little quiet moment with tea and some cookies, and just offer them space and comfort, plus some advice is kit decided to open up to him about anything. also satch hugs. satch hugs are the best)

Whenever Jirard is hosting SuperBeardBros (during a completionkit route) and Kit's ill, Kit gives Nate the supplies for catering. And Jirard is texting back and forth whenever he has a moment to check they're doing okay. He's got his phone, like, out on the desk in front of him but on silent, hesitantly checking every so often for updates. A little comment about it is made on the podcast itself.

when its mentioned on the podcast, they probably afterwards get a concerned message from the listener to ask if their kitering is okay and feeling better by the next episode tbh, cause when jirard mentions it he honestly sounds really worried about kit even if it would be nothing but a common cold or something similar

and nate is like. well unlike kit hes not like subtle with bringing catering to the guys while they are podcasting at all, so he makes his presence very well known - it becomes a fun little bit in the middle of things tho, so its all good, no harm done in the end! but nate is also very honored to do this thing when kit asks him to, ofc he would do this when a friend asks him to bring food to their common friends while they are busy with other stuff, but he like. knows how much this whole thing means to kit, so nate takes special pride in being the one being asked to make sure the catering is done on a podcast day if kit cant do it for whatever reason

Headcanon that the theme of each super beard bros session is around the game that Jirard completed most recently. Generally the completionisting happens in either Jirard's or Alex's dorm, and the two of them. Notoriously dont have enough snacks or drinks whilst completing the games. Cue Kit making a habit of appearing with snacks or drinks, ect, anything they think the bois might need. (This also sometimes leads to moments of "KIT DON'T LOOK" if they've turned up whilst playing bayonette)

(im just now imagining kit being like ‘welp time to visit the disaster bros’ and everyone else is like ‘kit what’ and they never explain themselves with it tbh)

they are just way too deep into their games to realize that oh maybe they should refresh and have some snacks and drinks at some point too, and the first time kit gets a wind of it is like. after a session they just find a very tired jirard munching stuff down in the cafeteria like ‘oh yeah we just played with alex for hours im starving’ and ofc that just makes kit very worried cause while jirard is the team mom, its also worrying how little he remembers to take care of himself tho? so from then on every so often kit messages him asking what hes doing that day, and if jirard mentions a gaming session with alex kit is like. okay i gotta prepare! to keep these bois alive gdi

kit is often actually mentioned during the podcast, not really by name but those who know realize that the “catering service” they mention at least once an episode is definitely kit. which also prompts them to pretty much yell ‘catering service’ every time they arrive into the dorm where the boys are playing when kit is doing the caretaking delivery

(depending on the game too, they sometimes welcome kit to join them to play like nario stuff etc., if they have extra time when they come over. cause games are best experienced with others, of course ~)

Also, I really wanna suggest if completionkit (lol, that name works even better now) happens on the didyouknowmadness route, possssibly because of the proximity they'd be spending together?

tbh kit and jirard would really need to look after these two nerds cause oh boi the didyouknowmadness route is such a mess tho

➭  first of all, jirard LOVES itty bitty kitties. and kit LOVES cats. i mean can it get more obvious than that lol

➭  when kit needs to vent to someone about something shane did (just in general or to mads), they somehow keep gravitating towards jirard? maybe its his calm demeanor or the fact that hes rooming with shane so in kit’s mind it makes perfect sense, he’ll understand what a handful shane can be, so venting to him is so easy. and jirard always listens very kindly, offers cookies and tea to calm kit down, and helps them calm down after a vent session

➭  kit is extremely accident prone. mads is also to some degree. shane cant deal with this shit alone, so he asks jirard to help out with these nerds often enough that jirard almost develops a sixth sense to know when he needs to take kit to see the nurse even before they have done something to hurt themselves

➭  they would take care of each other so much tho?? kit would make sure jirard takes it easy and takes breaks especially when hes on a completionist binge, jirard makes sure kit has enough snacks and gets enough sleep and remembers to study

➭  imagine the amount of video games jirard would introduce kit to tho. like. he has a new game every week, often times two or three new games a week even, and kit would get to experience every single one of them at least a little with him

I wanna say this goes doubly for any completionkit routes, but any route whenever Mads is tired and just wants to watch two people punch each other a lot, Jirard will just roll up with a few snacks to watch wrestling with her? She first discovers that he likes wrestling when he makes a reference to "a slobberknocker!" and her head twists around sharply because hang on /she got that reference jirard/

mmmmm i honestly feel like she would at first be a bit hesitant to approach jirard about it tbh cause mads already feels kinda out of place around people and considers herself to be viewed as weird, so putting out the fact that shes a wrestling fan on top of everything is just. not the first thing in her mind tho

it will probably take her telling about that to kit to make it happen, like they would probably casually either bring it up with jirard or drop hints about it to him but kit and jirard are close and they just want mads to make friends with him so kit is gonna do their best to make this connection gdi

completionkit student cafe au; kit wants to surprise jirard after band practice, so they borrow jimmys princess pear costume to dress up in for their cafe shift. nate makes eternal jokes about how now jirard needs to kidnap his princess tbh

Kit gets a separate blonde wig to Jimmy's so that they can have the hair and also not risk damaging wig by tying it back. (because yknow, food environment, can't really risk leaving hair anywhere?)

They're also very aware of how they're moving around because they are. Noticeably bigger than Jimmy in a couple of places, and don't want to risk damaging a borrowed item.

But Kit sends Nate a couple of messages just to check that the bosses //will// be swinging around after practice. And when they do?

Jirard loses the ability to speak for a minute or two and Nate. Absolutely teases him about needing to kidnap his princess. Even when they first order Nate goes "Well, for starters, he'll be having the wait staff." and indicates to Jirard, then Kit.

CompletionKit: Ayu lets Jirard take some different flavours of his teas in preparation if Kit has a bad day, so if Kit needs some comfort, Jirard can be ready with this amazing tea and of course some blankets, plushies and some sweet treats! Usually he makes different teas depending on the situation, one for comfort, one to sip whilst venting, one for if Kit is a little sick (sore throat?) and he’s generally prepared for these. Like yup! Here you go! Now time for cuddles!

The different teas that depend on mood are just an indicator of how much attention he pays??

Like if it's homesickness, it's a tradional English tea.

If they're sick with a sore throat it's more likely to be camomile or lemon and ginger, or straight up a mix of honey and lemon.

And if they've just. Straight up got sads. It'll be something bright and flavourful like strawberry and mango, strawberry cheesecake or blueberry muffin.
