1 bedroom/1 bath condo – 530 square feet
3438 Russell Blvd #904 St Louis MO 63104
Stunning views of Compton Heights and St Louis
Circa 1927: Compton Heights condo directly across from Compton Hill Reservoir Park and just down Grand Ave you will find Tower Grove Park & all of its amenities. Bright one bedroom condo is in a majestic building. When entering the building you can sense the history & grand architecture of this era. You are brought to your floor in a gated elevator. Views from your living room go for miles over South St Louis & beyond. The Jefferson Barracks Bridge can be pointed out. It’s truly spectacular. The bedroom has a newer custom designed shelving systems that holds a Murphy bed – talk about era charm (easily removed if looking for something else). The bathroom has vitrolite tiles again just adding to the charm. There is carpet down currently but we pulled up the carpet in one of the closets and found hard wood floors that match the hard wood in the kitchen. With some work, this unit could be a show piece. There will be an assigned off street parking spot and some visitor parking
Condo fee of $297 includes – water, trash, sewer, gas, some insurance, snow removal, common areas, ground maintenance and parking.

What is the current plan? This summer, MoDOT will remove, raise and replace the…
