[38/100] February 1, 2021 ::: I feel like I have slacked off a little bit towards the end of last week, didn’t work on the weekend (and felt bad about it?!!) but I decided to take the new week (and month!) as an opportunity to re-establish my morning routine, consisting of running, showering, breakfast, tea, then work.
I need to finish some coursework (that nobody seems to be quite seriously and I also don’t know how much time I want to spend on it) this week, will have a meeting with friends on in the evening and a lab meeting on wednesday. I hope to get quite a bit of stuff done because I started sleeping badly again and I believe it’s from unconscious stress that I don’t seem to feel during the day.
