Extremely crispy, not overly spiced pekin duck. By far the most superior of Chinese meals I've had on the island thus far. My only complaint, I would have loved the pancakes to be steamed in a basket and served inside. This would keep them warm throughout the meal. Can't have it all. Also worth trying were the judias verdes salteadas. So savory and rich, smothered in oyster sauce.
